Terms and Conditions

This reward scheme is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• 1. A person can fill up to 100 forms, each form must be accompanied by a different tree selfie.
• 2. The total amount will be Rs 1 crore, there will be 5 winners in 50 lakhs and 50 winners in the remaining 50 lakhs.
• 3. The photo and information sent should be clear and accurate.
• 4. The entries sent by the participant will be valid for both the draws.
• 5. The tree planted should be in a safe and nourished condition at the time of lucky draw and winning the prize money.
• 6. The prize money is entirely sponsored by the sponsoring organizations. This zodiac sign has nothing to do with Khatu Shyam Dilli Dham.
• 7. Prize money will be awarded through draft only within 30 days after deducting government rules (TDS/TAX).
• 8. The organizing committee reserves the right to decide and change the day, time, place etc. of the draw.
• 9. In case of any dispute, the decision taken by the organizing committee will be binding and supreme.
• 10. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change or modify any term or condition of this Award Scheme without any prior notice.
• 11. All persons participating in this Reward Scheme will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
• 12. The documents sent by you will be kept confidential.
• 13. Any Indian can participate in it.
• 14. The name of the city/district/state should be clear in the location of the tree.
• 15. The draw will be conducted live live on the TV channel. Whose information will be available on the website:- khatushyamdelhidham.com.
• 16. The last date for form submission will be one week before the draw.
• 17. No officer/management/staff of Khatushyam Dilli Dham can participate in this scheme.
• 18. The Society or any trustee or employee of the Society or the Promoter or Sponsor is not liable for any loss or damage caused during the period of application for the Draw.
         Furthermore, the Institution is not liable to share or pass on any information regarding the application data received.

• 20. The first draw has already been held in November 2024, the second draw will be held in December 2027, and the third draw will be held in December 2030.
• 21. Our objective - Under the environmental awareness campaign across India, crores of people should plant trees themselves and take care of them with faith.
• 22. Apart from uploading on khatushyamdelhidham.com, now any application / document by hand / registration / courier will be accepted and the institution will give a receipt for the same.
• 23. All applicants will be given digital certificates in future by Khatu Shyam Dilli Dham.
